This work is about a preoccupation with time - how it’s spent, how it passes, how we measure it, why it feels different for different people on different days. It asks how we can use our internal visual worlds to imprint moments and document the growth and change that happens between them.  Color and texture are used to reference the fluidity of memory, place, nostalgia, and connection. Straight lines, stark shapes, and open space represent the structured, consistent, reliable nature of time, and the construction of time pieces we use to measure it.
